What does the Exclusive Agency Agreement do for you?

It creates yet opportunity for you to keep more of your money in your pocket when you sell your real property. 

What the Agreement does is protect you from having to pay the full commission which is normally pad to the listing agent if you happen to locate a buyer on your own while contracted to sell your property with an agent. 

Traditional agents would still collect the full commission, but with our Exclusive Agency Addendum, you will pay a reduced commission which will save you thousands of dollars if you happen to procure the buyer.

I want to be clear. You are under no obligation whatsoever to market the property or even spread the word that you are selling, but if you want to do that, you are welcome to do so. Likewise, if you happen to meet someone at the grocery store, and in the course of your conversation find out that individual wants to buy your house, you will absolutely benefit from the Excusive Agency Agreement we use.

It is a great benefit to you to have this Agreement in place, and it costs you nothing.
